RULES AND REGULATION
- All should bring own towel and water bottle for personal use.
- Everybody must were shorts while workout.
- Monthly fees must be paid before 10th of every month or else a fine of Rs 100/- will be charged.
- Individual will take care of his personal belongings.
- Admission fee once paid will not be refunded.
- Maximum workout time is 2 hours and will maintain their timing given by the instructor.
- Sunday will be observed as holiday.
- Damage of gymnasium property by intention will be treated as offence and individual will beat the penalty.
- Maintain silence while on Gymnasium.
- Follow the diet chart strictly given by the instructor for better result.
